ExcaGo specializes in high-performance mini excavators, stand-on skid steer loaders, track loaders, and a wide range of powerful attachments. Whether you’re a contractor, landscaper, or hands-on homeowner, we provide reliable equipment built to handle the toughest jobs.

2. Why are your prices so competitive?
ExcaGo is backed by Sitework Excavating LLC, a well-established excavation company with deep industry connections. We cut out the middleman by working directly with trusted manufacturers, allowing us to offer premium machinery without inflated markups.

3. Is shipping really free?
Yes. All orders within the continental United States qualify for free shipping. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees—what you see is what you pay.

4. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Transit time is typically 15 to 25 days, depending on your location and product availability. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

5. Can I arrange for local pickup?
We do not currently offer direct warehouse pickup. However, we can arrange terminal delivery, allowing you to collect your order from a nearby freight terminal if more convenient.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, which provides full buyer protection for every transaction. Additional payment options will be introduced soon.

7. What kind of warranty comes with your products?
All ExcaGo equipment includes a 5-year limited warranty and a 2-year parts warranty. We stand behind the quality and performance of every machine we sell.

8. How do I file a warranty claim?
To initiate a claim, email us at contact@ExcaGo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

9. What if I want to return a product?
We offer a 60-day return policy. If you receive a defective item or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

10. How fast do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

11. Do you offer post-sale support?
Yes. We provide ongoing technical support, guidance, and access to replacement parts—even after your warranty has expired. Our support continues well beyond the sale.

12. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also request real-time updates through our live chat or support team.

13. Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are exploring international shipping options and plan to expand soon.
