Return & Refund Policy

At ExcaGo, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund process below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return policy on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 60 days of receiving the item. To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • It must be unused and free from damage or signs of wear

2. Return Process

After reaching out and receiving approval:

  • Return Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization along with shipping instructions
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover all return shipping fees
    • For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

Important: Ensure your item is packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit. ExcaGo is not responsible for returns lost or damaged due to poor packaging.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or other)

Refund Types:

  • Full Refunds for items returned in perfect condition within 60 days
  • Partial Refunds may apply if the item is used, returned after 60 days, or missing parts

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered equipment
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@excago.com. We’ll arrange for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.


7. Warranty Coverage

All Machenex equipment is backed by:

  • 5-year warranty on the main unit
  • 2-year warranty on parts

If you experience issues under normal use during this period, contact us for assistance with repairs or part replacement.
